Affiliate disclosure

Backyard Review is a participant in affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to retailers and brands. This means that when you click some links on this site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Other affiliate programs

We may also participate in affiliate programs run by brands and retailers through networks such as Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising and ShareASale. Links to these merchants are marked as sponsored (rel="sponsored").

Advertising and lead generation

We may display third-party advertising and link to services where you can request quotes from local professionals. We may be paid when you view or interact with these, or request a quote. These are labeled as advertisements or sponsored partner links.

How this affects our content

It doesn't change our rankings. Products are chosen through the process described on our how we pick products page. We do not accept payment for placement or positive coverage, and we don't rank products higher because they pay more.
